Who is responsible for your data

What this website collects
When you fill in the contact form: your name, company, work email, and, if you give them, your role, how many programmes you run a year and your message. We use them only to reply to you and to talk about a possible design partnership.
Legal basis: steps you ask us to take before a possible contract (GDPR art. 6(1)(b)), and our legitimate interest in answering business enquiries (art. 6(1)(f)). We keep these details for up to [24 months] after our last contact, unless we start working together, in which case our contract and its data processing agreement apply.
When you visit any page: our hosting provider records technical data that every web server receives, such as your IP address, the date and time, the page requested and your browser type. It is used only to deliver the site and keep it secure (legitimate interest, art. 6(1)(f)) and is deleted after [number] days.
What this website does not do
- No cookies, no analytics, no advertising or tracking pixels.
- No third-party fonts or scripts: everything is served from our own site.
- Your light or dark mode choice is stored only in your own browser (local storage). It never reaches us, and you can clear it in your browser at any time.
Who receives the data
Only the providers that run the site for us, as processors bound by a data processing agreement:
- Website hosting: Microsoft Ireland Operations Ltd. (Azure)
- Email: Microsoft Ireland Operations Ltd. (Microsoft 365)
- Contact form delivery: [Formspree, Inc. or Web3Forms]
Where a provider processes data outside the European Economic Area, the transfer relies on the EU–US Data Privacy Framework or on the European Commission's standard contractual clauses. [Confirm for each provider before publishing.] We never sell your data or share it for marketing.
Your rights
You can ask us at any time for access to your data, to correct or delete it, to restrict or object to its use, or to receive it in a portable format. Write to hello@chiavento.com; we reply within one month.
You also have the right to complain to the Italian data protection authority, the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali (garanteprivacy.it), or to the authority where you live or work.
Chiavento, the product
This notice covers this website only. Data that customers put into Chiavento itself, such as guest names and flights, is processed on the customer's behalf under the data processing agreement in each customer's contract.
